Welcome to FIFTH HOUSE. Pull up a chair, have a seat, and stay a while. FIFTH HOUSE was created to be more than a place to book an appointment. It’s a space to feel comfortable, cared for, seen, heard, and completely welcome while taking a little time for yourself. At the heart of FIFTH HOUSE are five values: integrity, honesty, competence, compassion, and inclusion. They shape not only the services I provide, but the kind of environment I want to create for every person who sits in my chair. Come exactly as you are. Whether you’re here for routine maintenance, a little transformation, or simply some much-needed time for yourself, there’s a place for you here. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that are difficult to refill, the following policy applies to all appointments: 24+ Hours Notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Less Than 24 Hours, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total before another appointment may be booked. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. The original scheduled service price will still apply if you arrive late, even if your service must be shortened or modified due to the remaining appointment time. Any add-ons that require additional appointment time may be cancelled if there is no longer enough time to complete them without affecting the next scheduled client. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a shortened or modified service. If the appointment cannot reasonably be completed due to late arrival, the service will be rescheduled. Repeated Cancellations: Clients with repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may be required to prepay 100% of their scheduled service total before booking future appointments or may be barred from booking future appointments with FIFTH HOUSE. Exceptions: Emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of FIFTH HOUSE on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with FIFTH HOUSE, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
